Among the recipients for the 2010 Mayor’s Business Recycling Award was De Young Properties for their excellence in workplace recycling. Accepting the award in the picture is Brandon De Young with Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearingin, the Director of Public Utilities, Rene Ramirez and Luis Pannarale with the Department of Public Utilities.

Jon Ryan De Young was a key note speaker on behalf of his father, Jerry De Young – Outstanding Alumnus and 2009 Top
Dog recipient for California State University, Fresno at the
CSU, Fresno Lyles College of Engineering Starlight Gala on
Friday May 7, 2010. Ryan was honored to speak on behalf of
